AGREEMENT WITH OUR (CLIENTS) SCHOOLS / COLLEGES AND OTHER COMMUNITY GROUPS
This agreement is for the provision of Workshop Leaders for Black History Activities and our Dance, Fitness and Sports Coaches as well as all Performing Arts Teachers working under MPA.
This Agreement will commence from the date of our first visit and terminate without notice 9 months from our last visit.
MPA’s Responsibility
MPA will ensure that all instructors provided to the client will have undergone and have satisfied the necessary recruitment and vetting checks and in particular:
- Proof of identity (passport or driving licence photo card)
- Proof of address (utility bill)
- Right to work in the UK
- Medical clearance
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Qualifications (where relevant)
- 2x references
OUR CLIENTS
Recognise that the MPA coaches and teachers are bound by contract to MPA and therefore the client MUST NOT seek to arrange any services through a direct relationship with our workshop leaders.
Ensure that all payments are made direct to Max Performing Arts Ltd and do not pass any payments to the Workshops Leaders /Coaches/Teachers.
